Are you always the one people rely on, even when you're barely holding it together? Perhaps you are unsure of how to find the space for you and the thought of telling people no is terrifying.

Maybe you grew up being the fixer — the one who smoothed over chaos, met everyone's needs, and kept it all together. But now? You're overwhelmed, drained, and wondering: Who’s taking care of me?

I see you. And I created something just for you.

'Setting Boundaries Without Guilt' is your 16-page guide to breaking free from patterns of putting everyone else first - and yourself last.  It's a guide to help you consider what boundaries you can put in place and learn to confidently say YES to yourself.

Learn to set boundaries...

Have you ever found yourself saying ‘yes’ when every part of you is screaming no!? Or perhaps you have gone out of your way to accommodate others only to feel overwhelmed, overlooked and drained? You are definitely not alone.

Many of us struggle with setting boundaries - those invisible lines that define what we will and won’t accept in our relationships, work and everyday life.

Boundaries are essential for our mental and emotional wellbeing - you’ve probably heard me bang on about boundaries either in sessions together or via my social media because they are so often misunderstood.

Boundaries are not about pushing people away or being selfish. They are not about putting sky-high walls up and not letting anyone in. It’s more about creating healthy spaces where mutual respect and understanding can thrive.

...But here is the tricky part.

When you’ve spent much of your life prioritising other’s needs over your own - which many of us do - the idea of setting boundaries and doing things a bit differently can be scary and trigger guilt. Not only does society often tell us that putting ourselves first is wrong, family dynamics, cultural expectations or past experiences may also have taught you that saying ‘no’ equals to letting people down.

This E-Book is to challenge you to change that narrative. It is your guide to reclaiming your time, energy, and emotional wellbeing whilst staying true to your values and relationships. Imagine living a life where you can feel confident and empowered to express your needs, where you can say ‘no’ without anxiety and where your relationships are built on mutual respect.... great huh?
