1-1 therapy

A  confidential space where you can explore what's really going on - at your pace, in your way. Life is heavy when you’re the one holding everything together. Whether you’re navigating a specific crisis or just feel a constant, humming sense of "not enough," we’ll unpick it together.

Together, we might explore:

  • The anxiety and overthinking loop; the one that spirals you into self-doubt.

  • The burnout, stress and overwhelm of feeling responsible for everyone else's happiness but not your own.

  • Boundary-building: learning that saying 'no' isn't a personal attack on others - rather an act of kindness yourself.

  • How you treat yourself and the impact of your relationships.

  • The “I don’t even know what’s wrong” feeling (that’s valid too)

Does this sound like you?

  • You’re the "reliable one" at work and home, but inside, you’re running on fumes.

  • You rehearse conversations in your head before they happen (and then analyse them for hours afterward).

  • You feel "too much" when you’re upset, so you’ve learned to keep your feelings small.

  • You care deeply, but you’ve stopped saying what you really think just to keep the peace

  • You feel responsible for everyone else’s feelings

  • You crave rest, peace and just one day where your brain isn’t on overdrive

  • Your mind rarely switches off, and you’re tired of always anticipating what might go wrong

  • It's easy for you to put others first but when it comes to prioritising yourself, you feel guilty

Imagine if you could...

  • Walk into a room (or a conversation) without wondering if everyone is mad at you.

  • Sit with a "messy" emotion without feeling like you’ve failed.

  • Have a disagreement with your partner that actually leads to more closeness, not less.

  • Take up space without apologising for existing.

  • Wake up without that heavy anxious feeling in your chest

  • Set boundaries without the crushing guilt

  • Trust your instincts and stop second-guessing yourself

  • Understand what you are feeling instead of being ruled by them

  • Speak to yourself with more kindness — and less constant self-criticism

  • Feel connected to who you are, not just who you are for everyone else

Couple/Relationship Therapy

A confidential space where you can slow things down and understand what’s really happening between you, at a pace that feels manageable for both of you.

Relationships can feel heavy when the same arguments keep looping, when communication breaks down, or when you’re feeling distant, misunderstood, or stuck. You might still care deeply about each other but something isn’t working in the way it used to, and you’re not sure how to talk about it without things escalating or shutting down.

Relationship therapy isn’t about deciding who’s right or wrong. It’s about creating space to explore what’s happening beneath the surface... together.

Together, we might explore:

  • Patterns of conflict or distance that keep repeating, even when you try to do things differently

  • Anxiety in your relationship, including overthinking, reassurance-seeking, or fear of upsetting one another

  • Communication that feels tense, defensive, or easily misunderstood

  • The emotional load one or both of you might be carrying

  • Differences in needs, boundaries, intimacy, or desire — and how these are navigated (or avoided)

  • How past experiences and attachment patterns may be influencing how you relate now

  • That sense of “we keep having the same conversation but nothing changes

Still not sure?

It's OK to be hesitant. Therapy is a big step and you might still be figuring out if this is the right time or the right fit.

Taking the first step is usually the hardest part, especially if you’ve tried therapy before and felt like just another 'case file'. If you have questions or just want to see if I’m as down-to-earth as I sound, drop me an email. No "hard sell," just a human on the other end of the line.

I am always open to questions without any obligation to commit - an initial consultation is a good place to start and if, for whatever reason, we think we might not be a right fit, I'm open to helping you find someone who could be.
